• CHECK-OUT TIME - 11:00 a.m. or before
• COFFEE & TEA - available 24 hours a day in hotel lobby
• CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (May - October) and from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (November - April)
• SECURITY - notify the staff if you see anything suspecious, inside or outside the property
• SWIMMING POLL / WHIRLPOOL - hours are 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Childeren must be accompanied by an adult. No lifeguard is on duty. The pool is only accessible with your room key
• REFUND: call us or if a group reservation check our package section
• CANCELLATION - for group check our package seciton. 48 hours prior to check-in date for individual reservation that does not belog to a group reservation or by 3p.m. 2 days before the checkin date
